Shipping & Returns Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for shipping, cancellations, and returns at Lift Bridge Brewing Co. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). By making a purchase through the Company’s website at https://www.liftbridgebrewery.com/, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Use. The policies apply to purchases from the Company only. For third-party sales, refer to their respective policies.
Order Processing & Lead-Times: We strive to process and fulfill your orders within 1-3 business days. However, delays may occur, extending processing time up to 5-7 business days or longer. Please note that the estimated time to ship reflects order processing time and not delivery time. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 2:00PM CST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate at the time of order placement. Failed delivery attempts and returned shipments due to incorrect information will be considered non-refundable.
Carriers: Depending on the product category and location, we may use different shipping methods, primarily services from the United States Postal Service (USPS) but also United Parcel Service (UPS) and others as necessary.
Lost Packages / Undelivered Items: The Company is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments once the order has been processed, marked as shipped, and a tracking number has been provided. If your package is lost or undelivered, you must complete the missing mail order process with the respective carrier.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes. If a PO box is provided as the shipping address, this may result in order delays or cancellations. Our Customer Support team may contact you to request an alternate shipping address. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders unilaterally if a valid shipping address is not provided.
Tracking: You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in separate packages using different carriers. This is part of our effort to consolidate shipping and find the most efficient and cost-effective method to deliver your order.
State Restrictions: We currently ship domestically within the United States where permitted by law. Due to state laws governing hemp-derived THC, we are unable to ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Wyoming.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of receiving the confirmation of receipt for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped and/or marked as fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, even if the cancellation request is made within the 6-hour window.
Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. Items returned will not be accepted for credit for any reason and will be immediately discarded. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@liftbridgebrewery.com.
Replacement: If your order arrives incorrectly or the products do not match the description, you must notify us at info@liftbridgebrewery.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order confirmation number, images of the items received, and a description of the issue. If we determine that the items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will send replacement items subject to the Order Processing provisions outlined above.
